Excellent͏ service from start to finish. Angelica was in control from the very start showing patience during the initial delays in listing the property. The delays were caused by the vendor’s issues in preparing the property. During those delays I was aware of Angelica marketing to colleagues and then organizing the photos and 3D + digital staging ready for the listing. An offer was received one day following the listing and accepted during that weekend, at full asking price. This level was totally unexpected. Angelica also recommended a reputable attorney to manage the contracts. All worked extremely well.
